Refund policy
At TNC Designz, all of our streetwear products are custom-made to order using state-of-the-art print-on-demand technology. Because each item is individually crafted for you upon ordering, we operate under a strict return policy to maintain quality and zero waste.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items:
If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are committed to making it right! Please contact our support team at support@tncdesignz.com within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Sizing and Buyer's Remorse:
Because each item is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color choices, or buyer's remorse. Please consult our detailed size charts on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Cancellations:
For EU customers, cancellations can be requested until your order is fulfilled. For all other customers, cancellations or changes can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item on your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request via https://account.tncdesignz.com
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s), and will include the standard outbound shipping cost.
Please note: Digital products (including Lightroom presets, templates, and other downloadable files) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the download has been accessed, as they are non-returnable by nature.
